Since I was young, I have harbored a passion for reading, which turned into a need to write.  I've been told on several occasions that I never live in the now; I'm always present in my own imagination.  This truth only encourages me to follow what I know I must do: create stories, live in them, and eventually share them with the world.

I grew up in northern Utah and have lived here most of my life.  When I am not writing or reading, I enjoy the outdoors; hiking, swimming, snow-shoeing, and wandering until I am utterly lost.

I live with my wonderful, encouraging husband, my two wily children, and my two black and white fur babies.
